Dharshini Naidoo strives to provide clients with strategic and pragmatic business solutions relating to competition law issues faced by their business. In particular, Dharshini has advised and worked with clients on: merger control in Africa; prohibited practices (including investigations relating to cartels and abuses of dominance); and competition and dawn raid training.
