Sebastian Lysholm Nielsen is a certified international arbitrator with many years of experience in conducting complex international and Danish litigation and arbitration cases.
Sebastian provides assistance and representation in disputes arising from, inter alia, the acquisition/sale of companies and real estate, international business transactions, insurance products, financial contracts, bankruptcy proceedings and construction disputes.
Sebastian has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and is also admitted as an attorney-at-law to the Bar of New York State, USA, after obtaining an LLM in Transnational Business Practice from McGeorge School of Law, California, USA. Additionally, Sebastian holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (International Business) from Copenhagen Business School.

Sebastian also has extensive experience with Italian matters and frequently assists Italian law firms and clients in international disputes and transactions involving Danish law, as he is bilingual and fluent in Italian.

In 2023, at just 35 years old, Sebastian was awarded the Italian order of knighthood and the title "Cavaliere" for his many years of active contribution to promoting bilateral relations between Denmark and Italy as well as for his continuous efforts in promoting business relations and legal ties between the two countries.
