María Eugenia specializes in administrative and infrastructure matters, as well as regulatory compliance.

María Eugenia has over 16 years of experience advising domestic and international companies on the analysis, design, planning, structuring, compliance and execution of infrastructure and energy projects and transactions. She also has extensive experience in the conduct and coordination of audits and due diligence processes.

Her broad practice includes advising companies across a wide range of industries on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters, including permitting, data protection, integrity, human rights, and sustainability. She has prepared investigations, reports, contracts, policies, action plans, and training programs related to these practice areas and has supported clients on transactional and compliance matters.

María Eugenia has participated in the design and implementation of highly significant and complex transactions and projects, providing clients with comprehensive advice throughout the design, planning, and structuring stages, as well as during execution and compliance.
