About

Michał Orzechowski has more than 15 years of experience in advising companies from regulated sectors on competition law issues. 

He supports clients from the life sciences and healthcare sectors on issues related to the distribution and marketing of medicinal products, dietary supplements and medical devices, and assesses their compliance with applicable Polish and European competition law. He has in-depth experience of the pharmaceutical sector, gained during a secondment in a major innovative pharmaceutical company.

Michał also assists clients in a variety of compliance matters, including developing and reviewing internal procedures related to competition law and regulatory risks, carrying out and coordinating competition law audits, and providing training on competition law issues, in particular on the risks connected with inspections by regulatory authorities. 

He is a member of the Polish Competition Law Association and the Public Procurement Law Association in Poland.
