Jake Overlander focuses his practice on securities litigation and government investigations. Jake represents international financial institutions in complex class action securities, commercial disputes, antitrust litigation, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act matters, and investigations with government agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ). Jake is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions and witness testimony. In addition to his civil litigation work, Jake is also passionate about his pro bono work, including family law and criminal defense.
