Raffaele Perfetto

Raffaele Perfetto is a criminal lawyer with over 15 years' experience advising multinational and managers in white collar crimes and compliance matter.

Raffaele has a deep knowledge of criminal corporate liability, having taken part in the drafting and/or updating of several compliance programs required by Decree 231/2001 for national and multinational companies and in the judicial defense of companies investigated according to the Decree 231/2001.

Raffaele has been involved in projects relating to the drafting and implementation of international anti-corruption compliance programs, in compliance with Italian legislation, US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and UK Bribery Act, and in conducting internal investigations in the form of defensive investigations.

Raffaele assisted public/controlled companies in updating their Models as well as in updating the related Anti Corruption Plans, advising the Anti Corruption Responsible in the implementation of the Plan, in the related audits, in the execution of monitoring activities as well as in verifying the correct fulfillment of the transparency obligations pursuant to Legislative Decree 33/2013.
