Noelia Piscoya

Noelia Piscoya represents private companies, state-owned companies and government entities in arbitration, litigation and dispute prevention and resolution proceedings.

Her practice centers on public procurement, public-private partnerships and administrative law. Noelia acts in conciliation and negotiation, in domestic and international arbitration, and before the courts: in administrative litigation, in judicial review of the legality of coercive enforcement proceedings, and in set-aside proceedings against arbitral awards. Covering the full arc, from prevention through to challenging an award, allows her to anticipate how a dispute will develop before it escalates.

She complements her practice with master's-level study in public utility regulation and infrastructure management and takes part in the Latin American arbitration community through LIA-40 and CIAC Women.
