Sam Pollock–Bernard focuses his practice on appellate litigation and complex motion practice. He has represented clients or drafted amicus briefs in appeals before the Fifth, Eighth, and Tenth Circuits. Sam has also assisted in drafting certiorari petitions before the United States Supreme Court. His appellate experience spans constitutional issues, statutory-interpretation matters, and civil procedure, often involving high-stakes issues.

In addition to his appellate work, Sam has represented clients before federal and state trial courts, as well as federal regulatory agencies.
