Fátima is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department, with over 10 years of experience advising national and international clients on real estate transactions.

Her practice covers asset deals involving shopping centers, logistics warehouses, and residential properties, as well as share deals involving companies holding more complex real estate assets, such as office buildings, renewable energy projects, and data centers.

Recently, she has advised leading international funds on the acquisition and development of data center projects, from the purchase of land plots to their operation through colocation agreements.

Over the past three years, Fátima has been deeply involved in data center-related transactions, including their acquisition, development, and operation, as well as in more complex joint venture structures for their development and management.
