Ginevra Righini is a bilingual English/Italian brand protection lawyer, with consolidated experience in advising national and international corporations in IP portfolio management in the food & beverage, cosmetic and telecommunication sector.

Clearance searches, prosecution of trade marks, opposition and cancellation proceedings are all areas in which Ginevra has extensive experience.

On a daily basis, she assists Italian and foreign consortia in disputes in connection with geographical indications and certification marks.

With a pragmatic approach and an attention to detail, Ginevra works alongside her clients to build and strengthen their IP portfolio.

  • Through third party observations, obtaining the refusal of trade mark applications on the grounds of descriptiveness and lack of distinctiveness.
