Nadya Rouben is a Legal Director in the London Litigation & Arbitration Group. She is a dual-qualified lawyer specialising in complex cross-border disputes, with a particular focus on the corporate, energy, financial services, technology and telecommunications sectors. Nadya has represented clients on heavyweight claims with a total value in excess of USD35bn before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of England and Wales, and in a range of arbitrations under the LCIA, ICC, JAMS, and UNCITRAL Rules.
