EXPERIENCE
- Represented Australian investors in an ICSID arbitration against the Democratic Republic of Congo relating to violations of the DRC mining code.
- Represented Australian companies in an ICC arbitration regarding a shareholders’ dispute in the mining industry.
- Represented a Congolese company in a cassation appeal before the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration in a shareholders’ dispute in the mining industry.
