Gregor Schott advises national and international companies on all aspects of white-collar crime.

One focus of his work is advising companies that have been harmed by third parties or whose employees are suspected of having committed criminal offenses, as well as representing companies before investigating authorities and courts.

Another focus is advising companies on internal investigations to uncover, prosecute and prevent irregularities within companies.

He also advises companies on the implementation and adaptation of compliance systems, in particular to prevent money-laundering and corruption.
