Nicole Seah focuses her practice on international arbitration, commercial litigation and complex cross-border disputes. She has represented multinational corporations, financial institutions and private clients in disputes conducted under leading arbitral rules, including SIAC and ICC, as well as proceedings before the Singapore courts, including the Singapore International Commercial Court.

Her experience spans a broad range of complex cross-border disputes, including public M&A disputes, shareholder and joint venture disputes, fraud and asset recovery proceedings, investment disputes, commercial contract claims and arbitral award enforcement. She has advised clients across a range of sectors, including technology, energy, telecommunications, commodities and financial services.
