Claudio Sepúlveda

Claudio Sepúlveda is part of the corporate team and concentrates his practice on infrastructure, construction projects, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). In recent years, he has been involved in various infrastructure and M&A projects in a wide range of industries, including mining, energy, and hospitality.

Throughout his career, Claudio has advised numerous clients in all stages of public and private infrastructure projects, both in Chile and abroad. His experience ranges from initial project development, tender offers, and negotiation of builds, owns, operates, and maintains (BOOM); builds, operates, transfers (BOT); engineering, procurement and construction (EPC); and operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts; and throughout construction, claim management and project closure processes.
