Christian Slattery

Christian Slattery focuses his practice on product liability, mass tort, and commercial disputes with an emphasis on medical device, toxic tort, and construction litigation. He represents clients, primarily in the life sciences and technology sectors, in cases involving complex legal, scientific, medical, and regulatory issues.

Christian regularly serves on trial work up teams and has considerable experience in product liability and mass tort multidistrict litigation. He is extensively involved in all stages of litigation, including prelitigation investigation, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, mediation, witness preparation, and trial.

Christian has significant hands-on experience as a member of trial teams in both federal and state courts. His roles have included preparing cross and direct examinations, drafting MILs and jury instructions, handling deposition designations, examining evidentiary issues, and preparing witnesses for cross examination.
