Anna Szabová is an experienced employment lawyer with more than fifteen years of professional practice, advising both Czech and international clients across a wide range of sectors on all aspects of labour law. Combining legal precision with a deep understanding of business objectives, she delivers solutions that are both compliant and commercially effective.

Her expertise covers the full spectrum of employment law, including workforce reorganisations, individual and collective dismissals, internal investigations, and dispute resolution. She frequently advises on the design and implementation of remuneration and benefits systems, internal workplace policies, and compliance frameworks. Anna also assists clients with the employment aspects of corporate restructurings and transactions, ensuring a smooth transition of employees and effective cultural integration.
