• Acting for an international technology-sector client in Johannesburg High Court proceedings concerning jurisdictional and procedural issues, including an application to rescind ex parte relief, demonstrating experience in urgent and complex commercial litigation and procedural strategy.
• Assisting with urgent applications and time-sensitive proceedings, including preparation of papers, coordination of negotiations and finalisation of procedural rules, demonstrating the ability to support matters where strict timelines and procedural compliance are critical.
• Providing strategic, tactical and legal advice across various sectors, including stakeholder engagement, risk assessment and practical dispute-resolution support in regulated and operationally sensitive environments.*
• Advising on civil and commercial disputes across various legal domains, including factual analysis, legal research, drafting, case management and support for senior litigators in contested proceedings.
• Drafting and advising on a range of commercial agreements demonstrating contractual interpretation and risk-allocation experience relevant to transaction-related disputes.
• Conducting training for private companies on corporate policies, procedures and legal compliance, including translating statutory and governance requirements into practical guidance for internal stakeholders.*
