Gaëlle is Counsel within the Litigation & Regulatory team, specifically in the Compliance, Investigations & White-Collar Defense practice.

She advises clients on a wide range of compliance matters, with particular expertise in anti-corruption, human rights, duty of vigilance, and issues related to the CSRD. She has obtained CSRD auditor certification in 2025.

Gaëlle has nearly two decades of in-house experience and a deep understanding of the operational realities and challenges faced by economic actors.

Prior Experience

Gaëlle began her career in Brussels at international law firms before joining the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg as a Legal Clerk (Référendaire), where she refined her legal expertise at the heart of EU legal and regulatory matters.

She then joined a major CAC 40 oil and gas group, holding several legal management and Compliance Officer positions. She then served as Group Chief Compliance Officer for a leading CAC 40 luxury group for nearly nine years. With almost twenty years' experience working in-house, Gaëlle has a deep understanding of the operational realities and challenges faced by businesses.
