  • Representing, as lead counsel, a London-based insurer in a $400 million commercial property coverage litigation stemming from a catastrophic fire at a Mexican manufacturing plant
  • Represented, as lead and national coordinating counsel, multiple US- and London-based insurers in connection with more than $1 billion in potential liabilities arising out of more than 200 claims and related litigation seeking commercial property, builders risk, and business interruption coverage in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Represented, as lead counsel, a London-based reinsurer providing cover as part of a global reinsurance program in a multi-billion-dollar business interruption loss caused by a series of fires at a manufacturing plant in Asia
  • Represented, as national coordinating counsel, a US-based reinsurer in multiple litigations across numerous jurisdictions in the United States involving hundreds of millions of dollars of claimed liabilities arising out of a series of mergers and acquisitions that were also the subject of litigation

  • Represented, as lead counsel, a technology company in a class action matter in defense of federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act claims stemming from alleged violations involving automated telephonic programs
  • Represented, as lead counsel, a London-based insurer in major commercial property and contingent business interruption litigation involving a nine-figure loss and related bad faith claims as a result of a disastrous series of explosions and fires at a refinery and manufacturing plant
  • Representing, as co-lead counsel, several US- and London-based E&O insurers in connection with multiple claims for coverage in connection with underlying bad faith litigation, including an action arising out of one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in the history of the United States
