Ben Tustain

Ben practices complex commercial and business litigation, including construction litigation and infrastructure disputes. He regularly represents large institutional clients, small businesses, and individuals at all levels of court in Ontario, at the Commercial List, and in arbitration proceedings.

Ben has acted for clients in a wide range of matters, including construction liens, fraud recovery, maritime disputes, product liability, corporate governance disputes, and insolvency. He has significant experience litigating complex injunctive and interlocutory proceedings, including applications for Mareva injunctions and Norwich Pharmacal orders.
