  • Advising an industrial company in a proceeding brought by one of its clients on the basis of an alleged abrupt termination of a commercial relationship.
  • Advising a Bank before the High Court of London in a proceeding brought by a French company following the bank’s involvement in an acquisition project of this French company.
  • Advising a French bank in a proceeding related to the implementation of a liability guarantee.
  • Advising banks and investment funds against executives and minority shareholders in connection with the sale or acquisition of the company or governance matters.
  • Advising and representing French and foreign companies in in pre-litigious and litigious matters related to the breach of civil and commercial contracts.
