Eric H. Wang

Eric Wang has broad experience across the spectrum of corporate and securities law. He regularly counsels publicly traded companies, emerging growth and other privately held companies, and venture capital firms.

Eric also has significant mergers and acquisitions experience, having represented numerous public and private companies within the United States and in cross-border transactions. He is a frequent speaker at PLI conferences and has been recognized for his work in mergers and acquisitions by The Legal 500 United States and Chambers USA.

Eric has broad sector experience in representing both acquirors and targets in strategic business combinations, including joint ventures, carve-outs and strategic investments, with a particular focus in the technology, automative and industrial sectors.  Eric's clients include some of the world’s leading global companies and they rely on him to provide creative deal structuring advice, lead deal teams efficiently and cost-effectively and advocate strongly on their behalf.

Eric co-heads a leading national M&A representation and warranty insurance practice representing the largest carriers in the industry in their M&A underwriting work.

Eric is a former member of DLA Piper's Executive Committee.
