  • Advising an aviation services business on a variety of its contracting arrangements, including negotiating ground handling agreements and IT contracts.
  • Advising a leading global restaurant chain on its franchising agreements and arrangements globally, including drafting its precedent Franchise Agreement.
  • Advising as well as drafting and negotiating commercial terms for NHS trusts, health care bodies and NHS Digital on various complex IT outsourcing projects.
  • Advising the Department of Culture, Media, Digital and Sport during a 3-month secondment to assist the policy team advising the Secretary of State regarding UK data transfers outside of Europe.
  • Advising the NHS Digital’s commercial legal team on a 6-month in-house secondment throughout the COVID pandemic and EU Exit assisting on a variety of general commercial, procurement, advisory and litigious matters.
  • Advising an international medical devices company as part of a virtual secondment team, assisting with various matters, including drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, and advising on regulatory matters.
  • Advising and drafting precedent manufacture and supply agreements, including for a luxury fashion house, and a pharmaceutical distributor.
  • Advising, drafting, and negotiating management agreements in the hospitality, leisure, and entertainment industries.
