Claus has acted for both claimants and defendants in over a dozen follow-on and standalone competition law damages claims, including collective proceedings, before the UK Courts, the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the General Court. He has advised on a number of cutting-edge competition disputes, including providing strategic advice to businesses facing bet-the-company competition law damages claims across multiple jurisdictions.
