  • Advising an operating partner/asset manager on real estate and corporate matters regarding the financing of a building renovation and extension project.*
  • Advising an innovative start-up committed to producing alternatives to meat and seafood products, to reduce the impact of livestock farming on global warming, on the acquisition of an industrial real estate asset with a total surface area of around 14,000 sq.m. located in the Grand Est region of France.*
  • Advising a French family office on the acquisition, renovation and rental management of a 3,500 sq.m. mixed-use office and logistics building in Paris.*
