Jakub Zabraniak specialises in intellectual property and commercial litigation. He represents leading companies from the life sciences, energy, real estate, telecoms, new technology and media sectors before common courts, domestic and international arbitral tribunals, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and public administration and law enforcement bodies.

Jakub advises clients in high-stakes disputes involving their key and most profitable products and investments, with extensive experience in IP infringement, civil liability and unfair competition cases. He has been recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in Dispute Resolution (Legal 500 EMEA 2024). He also provides strategic advice on intellectual property law and civil and procedural law in M&A transactions.

Committed to pro bono, Jakub supports NGOs in civil matters and IP management. He has also authored and co-authored numerous works on IP and litigation in Poland, including practical guides and commentaries on procedural novelties.
