Jakub Zabraniak

Jakub Zabraniak advises on intellectual property law and commercial litigation. He represents leading companies from the life sciences, energy, real estate, telecoms, new technology and media sectors before common courts, domestic and international arbitral tribunals, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and public administration and law enforcement bodies.

He supports clients in high-stakes disputes involving their key and most profitable products and investments, with extensive experience in IP infringement, civil liability and unfair competition cases. He also provides strategic advice on intellectual property law and civil and procedural law in M&A transactions.

As part of his commitment to pro bono work, Jakub supports NGOs in civil matters and IP management. He has also authored and co-authored numerous publications on IP and litigation in Poland, including practical guides and commentaries on procedural novelties.
