She acts principally for Italian and foreign institutional investors. Since her admission to the Bar, she has specialized in advising foreign clients in the structuring and carrying out of their real estate investments in Italy. Nadja advises clients on all real estate and corporate aspects of their investments, including title, lease, property and facility management issues.

EXPERIENCE

  • Assisted a German investment fund in the sale, by its Italian affiliate, of the property with office use named Torre Alfa located in San Donato, Quartiere Affari.
  • Assisted a German investment fund and their technical advisors in the due diligence process carried out by the seller, in the drafting and negotiation of agreements for the sale and in the negotiation and signing of an agreement with the Municipality of Sesto San Giovanni for the creation of easement rights and transfer of areas inside the building (pre closing condition).
  • Assisted a German investor in relation to the acquisition of the entire corporate capital of the company owning the shopping center "Barberino Designer Outlet" located in Barberino del Mugello (FI) and the negotiation and execution of the property management agreements with an international operator.
  • Assisted a German investor, acting through its permanent Italian branch, acting on behalf of a German Fund, in the acquisition of 100% of the corporate capital of the sole owner of a logistic centre located in Trecate (Novara), composed of two buildings.
  • Assisted a Korean investor in the acquisition of a company holding title to a logistic complex located in Cividate (BG), including the financing.
  • Assisted in the sales process (data room setup, vendor's due diligence, sale process documents) of a portfolio of 4 hypermarkets in different Italian regions (leased to Carrefour and Coop) in the context of a cross border operation in coordination with DLA Spain (for other similar assets in Spain), including negotiation of the Framework
  • Agreement and assistance in the closing phase.
  • Assisted a German investor in the acquisition of a currently vacated property, its refurbishment and transformation into a hotel and subsequent lease for hotel use.
  • Assisted a German investor, acting through a company incorporated under the laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, in the acquisition of 100% of the corporate capital of the sole owner of a logistic centre located in Verona, composed of two buildings.
