"We were extremely grateful for DLA Piper's extensive market knowledge and exceptional understanding of our needs as a founder-led government contractor serving clients that support missions across a broad range of US federal agencies,” said Greg Smith, G2SF’s Founder and its President and CEO. “The firm’s strong transactional capabilities, creativity and professionalism were key factors in helping us complete this transaction efficiently in the middle of a global pandemic."

In addition to Houle (Washington, DC), the DLA Piper team representing G2SF included partners Thomas Pilkerton, Jordan Bailowitz (both of Baltimore), Julia Kovacs (Washington, DC) and Brad Jorgensen (Austin); of counsel Ryan Compton (Washington, DC); and associates Matt Huddle (Baltimore) and Charles Bell (Washington, DC).
