J. Randall Cooper

J. Randall Cooper is a private equity attorney in DLA Piper’s Atlanta office. Randall’s practice focuses on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies and public and private companies in a wide variety of corporate financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, portfolio company financings and syndicated and bilateral financings.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Randall was Counsel at a global Wall Street bank, where he provided robust legal advice to corporate bankers at all levels in connection with syndicated and bilateral credit facilities across a variety of sectors.
