Adam Dubin advises clients in the financial services industry in a wide variety of regulatory, licensing and compliance matters.

Mr. Dubin advises clients on matters involving federal and state regulatory compliance, in particular those involving the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and anti-money laundering matters regulated under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Mr. Dubin is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and uses this experience to advise financial services industry clients in structuring their AML/BSA compliance programs.

His practice includes advising financial services clients on a wide range of matters, including compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act, the USA Patriot Act, and US Treasury sanction program programs, as well as a variety of consumer financial protection laws. More specifically, Mr. Dubin advises both bank and non-bank financial services companies on the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA); the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA); Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP); the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA); the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA); the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), and their implementing regulations.
