Julie Franki focuses her practice on US employment matters, including counseling management clients on compliance issues, hiring and terminating employees and assisting with workplace investigations.

As part of her counseling practice, Julie assists clients by preparing employment, separation and restrictive covenants agreements, in addition to other employee materials such as offer letters, notices and employee handbooks, and advises corporate and private equity clients on employment matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Julie's practice also includes the defense of claims in employment-related litigation, as well as claims brought to enforce employment-related contracts and restrictive covenants. Julie has defended clients before federal and state courts and state agencies across the country on a range of cases including claims of discrimination based on factors protected by law such as age, disability, sex, race and religion; retaliation; violations of the FMLA and FLSA and state wage and hour laws; and tort claims.
