The breadth of Joe's experience includes litigating restrictive covenant matters involving noncompetition, non-solicitation and trade secret claims, corporate raiding cases, whistleblower and discrimination matters, commercial real estate disputes, securities class actions, contract litigation, and fraud claims arising out of Ponzi schemes. He also has considerable experience in Fair Labor Standards Act and Independent Contractor Misclassification Class Actions.
