Kyle Orne represents a wide range of clients across a variety of industries, including the real estate, construction, energy, direct sales, and alcoholic beverage sectors, in all stages of complex commercial litigation. Kyle's experience includes representation at all states of litigation, including initial case assessment and investigation, pleading, discovery, court hearings, oral argument, trial, and appeal.

Kyle has particular experience representing clients in various contractual and commercial tort disputes, defending clients from fraud, consumer fraud, racketeering, securities fraud, and consumer protection claims, representing clients during investigations from states' attorneys general or the Federal Trade Commission, and advising clients on compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Kyle's recent experience includes obtaining a full defense verdict after a three-week trial on multi-million dollar contract claims resulting from a potential development in Arizona. Kyle also successfully defended against a putative class asserting Arizona securities fraud claims in federal court. In addition, Kyle has regularly counseled clients in the direct sales industry on compliance with the FTC Act. Kyle has also counseled alcoholic beverage companies on compliance with federal and state alcoholic beverage laws.

Kyle has been recognized as a "Millennial to Watch" in commercial real estate in 2019. Kyle also received the highest score on the July 2015 Arizona State Bar Exam.
