Joseline Rodriguez-Ortiz focuses her practice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, representation of entities in various types of equity and debt investments, as well as corporate governance and other general day-to-day matters.

Joseline's experience includes complex cross-border transactions involving Latin America. She has also assisted and served as counsel in corporate reorganizations, refinancings and restructurings, as well as representing creditors' rights in bankruptcy proceedings.

Joseline recently assisted the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico in issues related to tax-exempt bonds and the issuers' obligations of continuing disclosure under the Securities and Exchange Commission's Rule 15c2-12.

Prior to working as a transactional attorney at DLA Piper, Joseline worked for over five years at one of the leading firms in Puerto Rico.
