  • Lead outside counsel on ethics and compliance issues for the organizing committee for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. 
  • As a federal prosecutor, tried a former US senator and presidential candidate on charges of federal campaign finance violations in the Middle District of North Carolina

  •  As special assistant attorney general, negotiated California's US$210 million settlement of its False Claims Act and Unfair Competition Law litigation against a leading investment rating agency in a global resolution totaling more than US$1 billion
  • As a special assistant attorney general, negotiated a landmark agreement in Mexico City between five US state attorneys general and Mexico's federal government on anti-money laundering enforcement and intelligence sharing
