Kevin Walsh has over three decades of experience handling litigation and arbitration matters domestically and internationally on behalf of financial institutions and other clients. He has litigated cross-border disputes under the Alien Tort Statute and the Anti-Terrorism Act and has tried and resolved cases through the United States and before arbitral tribunals proceeding under the rules of the International Center for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association, the International Chamber of Commerce and the London Court of International Arbitration. He has also advised clients in connection with regulatory investigations into internal compliance practices.

Kevin has represented financial institutions, hedge funds, media and telecommunications companies and enterprises in the hotel, airline, aerospace, and pharmaceutical industries, among others.
