Rob Williams concentrates his practice on patent litigation in Federal District Courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Rob has represented clients in patent disputes involving a wide range of technologies, including computer hardware and software, portable electronic devices, hard disk drives, file systems, printing systems and wireless technologies.

Prior to law school, Rob received a Master's degree in computer science from Stanford University and worked for nearly five years as a software engineer. 

Rob also is committed to enhancing diversity in the legal profession. Rob serves as the chair of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion committee for the San Diego offices, and has been actively involved in community organizations dedicated to advancing diversity.
