• Advising Komerční banka, a.s., a leading Czech bank, on the sale of a property located in the centre of Prague by way of a transfer of 100% of the shares in a Czech SPV and the subsequent leaseback of the property to the seller.
• Advising Heimstaden in connection with the sale of selected properties in Northern Moravia to RENTIO Invest s.r.o. through an asset deal, including full assistance in negotiating the transaction through to successful closing.
• Advising Heimstaden, a leading European residential real estate company, on the sale of a portfolio of apartment buildings in various Czech cities to Fond Českého Bydlení, the first Czech rental housing fund.
• Advising one of the leading Czech residential developers on the sale of a project in Prague 10 – Strašnice to a real estate group planning to develop more than 500 rental apartments.
• Advising FINEP HOLDING SE, a prominent Czech residential development company, on the sale of the residential development project “Vackov – U Staré cihelny” in Prague 3 to Cresco Real Estate, a leading Slovak residential developer and investor. The transaction forms part of the redevelopment of the former Žižkov Freight Station area, one of the largest brownfield redevelopment sites in Prague.
• Advising a global investment fund on the successful sale of the Amazon Fulfilment Center in Dobrovíz, Czech Republic, comprising 125,000 sq.m. of leasable logistics space, to Samsung Securities. The transaction was the largest single-asset industrial transaction in the Czech Republic at the time.*
• Advising an owner, developer and manager of European logistics properties on a pan-European portfolio disposal consisting of 16 logistics assets across seven countries to a Chinese investor.*
• Advising a European real estate investment management firm on the acquisition of two shopping centres, Forum Nova Karolina in Ostrava and Forum Ústí nad Labem in the Czech Republic, for an amount close to EUR 300 million from Multi Corporation.*
• Advising one of the largest banks on the Czech market on the acquisition of a modern office building in the CITY WEST district of Prague through a forward purchase of a company from the Finep Holding and Ungelt Partners group.*
• Advising a club of banks led by Česká spořitelna, the largest bank by number of clients on the Czech market, in connection with syndicated financing of the development of the industrial and logistics park “BMW Distribution Hub Mošnov”, comprising approximately 170,000 square meters of leasable area and developed as a built-to-suit project for BMW AG.
• Advising Komerční banka, a.s. on financing provided to SEBRE Holding, a.s. and Šemíkův břeh s.r.o., including drafting and negotiating the complete finance documentation package and conducting comprehensive legal due diligence.
• Advising Discovery Group, a property investment and development company, on the refinancing of a shopping centre in Nitra, Slovakia, including refinancing by UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia and the subsequent refinancing by J&T Banka.
• Advising a private credit investor in connection with mezzanine financing relating to the “Nová Amerika” residential development project in Brno, developed by CRESTYL.
• Advising UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. in connection with the financing of a new logistics park in Karlovy Vary being developed by the Accolade group, including drafting and negotiating project finance documents and conducting legal due diligence.
• Advising Upvest, a Czech investment and financing platform, on financing the acquisition of land designated for the mixed-use “Nová Amerika” project in Brno, being developed by CRESTYL as part of the broader transformation of the city centre area.
