DLA Piper has added Michael Patrone as a Partner in the firm’s Corporate practice, further strengthening its market-leading mergers and acquisitions capabilities.

Patrone represents US and non-US companies, boards of directors, special board committees, private equity sponsors, and investment banks. His experience includes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, tender offers, joint ventures, de-SPACs, cross-border transactions, PIPEs, minority and control investments, shareholder activism and governance disputes, financial advisory matters, and general corporate matters.

His portfolio of work spans the life sciences, biotech, biopharma and pharmaceuticals, technology, software and SaaS, healthcare, financial services, digital currency and blockchain, digital infrastructure, and telecommunications sectors.
