DLA Piper advises lead investor Parkway Venture Capital in US$700 million round in AI company
DLA Piper advised Parkway Venture Capital as the lead investor in a US$700 million Series A funding round for Hark, an AI lab that builds advanced personalized intelligence.
Hark’s agentic systems are designed to interact naturally with people and the real world and aims to reduce cognitive workload, anticipate user needs, and create a more collaborative user experience.
“Our relationship with Parkway and its founding team gives us the opportunity to support investors at the forefront of some of the most dynamic areas of technology,” said Adam Brenner, the DLA Piper Partner who led the deal team. “We were proud to advise Parkway on this landmark financing and help advance its investment in practical, real-world AI solutions poised to shape the future of personalized intelligence.”
In addition to Brenner, the deal team included Associates Taylor Mielnicki and Charlize Morgan (all New York).
