Rebekah Birrell

Rebekah is an associate in DLA Piper’s Projects (Energy & Infrastructure) team, having trained with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2024. She has experience working on a broad range of public transport infrastructure matters, advising governmental bodies, local authorities, funders and supply chain participants on procurement and franchising projects.

Rebekah also has experience advising on both UK and international renewable energy projects spanning various technologies, including both advisory and due diligence work across all stages of the project lifecycle.
