Caitlin Brydges focuses her practice in the area of business and commercial litigation, supporting clients in complex commercial and regulatory matters. Her experience spans across state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. Before joining DLA Piper, Caitlin served as a clerk to the Honorable Douglas L. Rayes in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, giving her valuable insight into judicial decision making and a unique perspective she uses to help clients navigate all phases of litigation efficiently and effectively.
Caitlin has experience researching, analyzing, and drafting motions and memoranda addressing a wide range of complex legal issues, including maritime and admiralty matters, copyright and trademark law, contract disputes, civil rights and constitutional claims, consumer protection and deceptive marketing claims, and international law. Caitlin also maintains a robust pro bono practice, with a focus on domestic relations and immigration matters.
