Diego Fernández Junco is an Associate in the Employment Department at DLA Piper’s Madrid office (Spain).

Diego has developed his professional career by providing legal and strategic advice to national and international companies on all types of employment and Social Security matters across a wide range of industries. Additionally, he has experience coordinating projects involving multiple jurisdictions and teams.

Diego advises on matters related to senior executives, collective bargaining, employment contracts, individual and collective dismissals, changes to working conditions, disciplinary sanctions, and union elections. He also assists with corporate transactions involving the acquisition and sale of companies, administrative proceedings related to infringement reports and Social Security contribution settlements initiated by the Labour Inspectorate, as well as in the preparation and defense of cases in conciliation and litigation before the labour courts.
