Sílvia practices in the litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution department, with special focus on arbitration and litigation and pre-litigation cases related to Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Corporate Law involving both national and international parties across multiple jurisdictions. She also represents major national and multinational companies before courts and competition authorities in competition law proceedings, including private enforcement and class action cases.
Sílvia also acts as Secretary in arbitrations.
