Benjamin Gersch

Benjamin Gersch focuses his practice in the area of business and commercial litigation. He has experience litigating complex commercial contract disputes and associated tort claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. His experience includes litigating cross-border disputes and pursuing provisional remedies. He also has experience in both state and federal appellate courts.

Benjamin has experience as lead trial counsel in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and is experienced at drafting dispositive motions. He has experience drafting discovery orders, written discovery, and briefing on discovery disputes.

Benjamin is committed to pro bono work and has represented clients in court in both landlord and tenant disputes and immigration matters.
