Alessandra Giorgi is a Lawyer in Partner Giampiero Falasca's group within the Employment Department and works at the Milan office.
Alessandra has gained significant experience in assisting with labor and social security litigation (for example, in matters of contracts, dismissals, job duties, mobbing, and transfers), providing day-to-day legal advice on matters of self-employment, subordinate employment, trade union law, and agency contracts, as well as collaborating on corporate restructuring operations (such as collective dismissals and company transfers).
Since 2023, Alessandra has also specialized in D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) issues.
