Adrian is a young litigator, having already gained significant experience in advising clients from various sectors on complex litigations. 

He is a particularly fast-paced and flexible lawyer and has become a regular and trusted advisor for big companies. Adrian provides representation and assistance to clients both from Romania and abroad, in various disputes before Romanian courts, in civil law cases. 

Highlights of his recent activity include, among others, assisting in insolvency, enforcement proceedings, administrative disputes regarding the urbanism documentation in Romania for major clients, as well as real estate litigations regarding the registry of the rights in Land Registry and complex "class action" employment litigations.

Adrian has also acted for companies facing criminal investigations or having to file criminal complaints in response to cyber attacks, with favourable solutions to his clients.

EXPERIENCE

  • Representing a South Korea provider of electric and telecommunication services in matters related to the recovery of approximately EUR45m related to the construction and operation of photovoltaic plants in Romania.
  • Advising a Central and Eastern Europe large low-cost airline in several complex "class action" employment litigations in relation to extensive salary rights claims (requiring sophisticated expertise analyses), alleged discrimination claims, challenges against terminations of employees for various reasons, extensive moral damages claims and challenges against enforcement claims.
  • Advising a South Korean industrial conglomerate active in the production of electrical power equipment on all relevant financing aspects in the context of the ongoing proceedings for the enforcement of assets and shares of 5 photovoltaic plants financed in Romania, as well as in the context of the insolvency proceedings for the recovery of the loan in the amount of over EUR200m.
  • Assisting and representing a software company in relation to the embezzlement by an employee together with fraud and forgery committed by the same employee. 
  • Represented the operator of a large Romanian news websites in relation to the filing of a criminal complaint and the criminal procedure to be subsequently opened regarding the cloning of its website and DDoS attacks against its servers.
  • Assisted an online retailer regarding a criminal investigation concerning the sale by the client of a metal detector in Romania, without the authorization required by the law.
