Claire Henderson is a legal director in our Real Estate group with over 20 years' experience. She is an approachable real estate investment lawyer who acts for a wide range of clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions. Claire has experience in the industrial, investment and retail sectors and has completed a number of high profile headquarter office relocations. Claire's clients include institutional investors, asset managers, local authority pension funds and FTSE 100 listed corporate occupiers.

- Acting on behalf of a highly regarded pension fund on its industrial portfolio and also the acquisition of hotels and day nurseries for the fund as part of its Indexed Linked portfolio.
- Acting for CBRE Loan Services on their Toys 'R' Us 'Duke Portfolio'. Dealing with a number of investment focused occupational transactions and ultimate disposals.
