Alexandra’s experience covers legal advice on various corporate law matters, including day-to-day legal support of venture capital business.

  • Advising Cathay AfricInvest Innovation Fund LLC, Pan-African Venture Fund created with AfricInvest, in connection with the series A investment into Aura B.V., a company engaged in the development of a smart personal safety platform that provides businesses and their customers with fast, affordable and reliable private security and medical response.
  • Advising Jiffy, UK based platform developing SaaS and on-prem e-commerce solutions for retail business, on the series A investment round led by Denmark’s private equity firm Heartland.
  • Advising Vostok New Ventures, a Swedish private equity fund, in connection with its investment in NaPopravku, a Russian online service for selecting doctors and making medical appointments.
  • Advising Baring Vostok, venture capital and private equity firm, on the $10m series B financing round for Voximplant, a cloud communications platform for the European market.
  • Advising Borzo (formerly known as Dostavista), a global crowdsourced same-day delivery marketplace, in connection with the series C investment (from Mubadala and other investors).
  • Advising Fundmates, Inc., a fintech platform providing financing to YouTube creators, in connection with the series seed financing.
  • Advising Mindbox, an integrated cloud-based marketing automation B2B platform, on its series A equity fundraising from Baring Vostok.
  • Advising Shareholders of the European crypto wallet service, in connection with the sale of 100% stake in the company to a publicly listed fintech services provider.
  • Advising Checkout.com, a UK fintech company offering payment services, on various corporate restructuring projects in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Advising Dubai based professional laundry & dry-cleaning service in connection with changes to the shareholders' agreement related to the proposed investment.
  • Advising Fix Price, a public company listed on LSE, in connection with the redomiciliation from the Republic of Cyprus to the Republic of Kazakhstan (Astana International Financial Centre).
